The entrance to Sky Promenade is located on the 42nd floor of the office building.
Take the shuttle elevator from the 1st floor of the office building up to the 42nd floor.
The shuttle elevator is a double-deck elevator. Boarding at the B1F level will take you to the 41st floor, from where you can take the escalator to the 42nd floor.
